Pain Abdomen, lump abdomen, bleeding, malenea, constipation, loose stools	CT Abdomen,Chest X Ray	7 days (ICU - Nil)	surgical removal of tumour with adequate margins with reanastomosis/stoma. Histopathological report of the specimen	If Surgery done Full Payment will be given based on the procedure done,if Surgery abandoned half way through,upto 25% will be paid,If Surgery not done,No Amount will be paid
