growth in the rectum involving the sacrum or growth in the sacrum involving the rectum	Biopsy, CT/MRI - Abdomen + Pelvis, Sigmoidoscopy/Colonoscopy, Chest Xray	7 days (ICU - 1)	surgical removal of tumour, rectum, part or whole of the sacrum with adequate bone and soft tissue margin with or without reconstruction with end colostomy, Histopathological report of the specimen	If Surgery done Full Payment will be given based on the procedure done,if Surgery abandoned half way through,upto 25% will be paid,If Surgery not done,No Amount will be paid
