growth/mass in cervix/uterus/adnexa/rectum	Biopsy, CT/MRI - Abdomen + Pelvis, Sigmoidoscopy,cystoscopy,chest X Ray	7 days (ICU - 1)	surgical removal of tumour, rectum, uterus, cervix, ovaries and tubes, vagina with adequate soft tissue margin with or without reconstruction with colostomy, Histopathological report of the specimen	If Surgery done Full Payment will be given based on the procedure done,if Surgery abandoned half way through,upto 25% will be paid,If Surgery not done,No Amount will be paid
